For customers without a maintenance contract, we are able to provide maintenance services on a case by case basis.
Most customers sign a routine maintenance contract where IPS Securex will provide quarterly routine maintenance.
ROUTINE AND UNSCHEDULED MAINTENANCE
We also provide more comprehensive maintenance contracts to cover unscheduled maintenance that may result from component failure.
Our most comprehensive maintenance contracts include additional benefits such as 24/7 on site support for critical installations, 45 minute on site response, guaranteed next working day on site response. We can also provide for loan equipment to maintain system performance.
